Games Like Planet Alcatraz

Planet Alcatraz throws you into a quirky little world where you play as a misfit alien who accidentally crash-lands on a strange planet full of oddball creatures and even odder townsfolk. The game is all about exploring this offbeat place at your own pace, chatting with weird characters, solving simple puzzles, and slowly uncovering the strange truth behind why this planet exists. It’s not about flashy combat or grindy progression. Instead you’re walking through alien forests, chatting with a robot who thinks he’s a poet, and helping a village of floating jellyfish solve their daily problems. The isometric view gives it a cozy, old-school charm and the comedy is gentle but effective. There’s no pressure to rush through anything. It feels like sitting down with an old friend who tells you a strange story over a few hours of quiet gameplay. You’re not saving the galaxy, but you might just find something meaningful in the little moments.
