Games Like Infested Planet

Infested Planet throws you into a tense sci-fi world where you command a small team of soldiers on a hostile alien planet overrun by strange and deadly creatures. The game blends tactical combat with smart base management and forces you to think ahead with every move. You send your squad into dangerous zones, use cover and positioning to outmaneuver enemies, and make tough calls about when to hold ground or retreat. What stands out is how each decision matters whether it’s choosing which soldier to send on a risky mission or deciding whether to sacrifice a supply point to save your team. The 2D visuals are sharp and atmospheric, and the sound design really pulls you into the isolation and pressure of being stranded on an alien world. It’s not flashy but it’s solid, and the slow burn of tension builds into some real nail-biting moments.
