Games Like Dear John

Dear John is a really special little adventure game that feels like a warm hug on a cold day. You play as a man reflecting on a past relationship, exploring a snowy landscape and uncovering memories. It’s not about fast action or complex puzzles. Instead it’s about a calm and thoughtful journey. The game encourages you to wander, observe, and piece together the story through environmental details and fragmented recollections. There’s a gentle, almost melancholic atmosphere but also a sense of peace. It’s a game to savor and let wash over you, offering a unique and emotionally resonant experience rather than intense gameplay. It’s a perfect choice if you’re looking for something different and want to engage with a story on a more personal level.
