Games Like Dead Oculus

Dead Oculus is a really cool indie action roguelike that throws you into a futuristic world. You play as a character trapped in a mysterious virtual reality system, fighting through hordes of enemies in top-down pixelated combat. What makes it stand out is the constantly shifting gameplay. Each run is different with procedurally generated levels and enemy placements so you never quite know what to expect. The combat is fast paced and satisfying requiring you to dodge and weave while unleashing a variety of skills and weapons. It’s challenging but in a fair way, and the pixel art style is incredibly detailed and atmospheric. It’s the kind of game you can pick up for a quick burst of action or sink a few hours into trying to beat your high score. If you enjoy games like Hotline Miami or Enter the Gungeon but with a unique sci-fi twist, Dead Oculus is definitely worth checking out.
