Games Like CatBot

CatBot is a super fun top down shooter that really embraces the spirit of a game jam. You control a little robot cat blasting your way through levels filled with quirky enemies and interesting challenges. It’s got a simple but addictive gameplay loop where you move around and shoot while trying to survive. The art style is charmingly retro and the whole thing feels very polished considering it came from Ludum Dare. It’s the kind of game you can pick up and play for a quick burst of action or get surprisingly engrossed in for a longer session. There’s a good sense of progression and discovering new enemy types keeps things fresh. It's a really enjoyable experience that highlights creative game design.
