Games Like Bionic Commando: Elite Forces (1999)

Bionic Commando Elite Forces is a really unique action platformer from the late 90s. You play as Nathan "Rad" Spencer a bionic commando with an arm that can extend and grapple onto anything. The core gameplay revolves around using this arm to navigate levels full of enemies and obstacles. It’s a challenging game that demands precise timing and clever use of your bionic arm. You’ll be swinging across gaps pulling yourself up walls and even using your arm to attack foes. The levels are varied and often require you to think outside the box to progress. It’s not a game that holds your hand but the satisfaction of overcoming a tough section using your arm is incredibly rewarding. It's a classic example of innovative level design and a really fun way to experience action platforming on the Game Boy Color or Nintendo 3DS.
