Games Like Astrogon

Astrogon is a really interesting indie action game that lets you explore a sandbox world. You play as an astronaut navigating planets, fighting other players, and just generally causing some spacefaring mayhem. It’s got a 2D style which gives it a cool retro feel but the gameplay is surprisingly deep. You can play solo if you prefer to just wander around and discover things or jump into multiplayer for some PvP action. The game isn't holding your hand it’s pretty difficult which adds to the satisfaction when you finally figure things out. It's a game where you really need to learn the mechanics and adapt to different situations. If you enjoy games that reward skill and offer a lot of freedom, Astrogon might be right up your alley.
