Games Like Viking Squad

Viking Squad throws you into a rugged 2D world where you lead a group of Norse warriors through brutal battles, wild terrain, and icy raids. You control one Viking at a time with tight real-time combat that rewards timing and positioning. The game mixes fast-paced melee fights with moments of planning and cover-based tactics. You explore frozen tundras, ancient ruins, and hostile villages using a mix of running, jumping, and swinging your axe. What really stands out is the co-op and split screen action. You can team up with a friend locally or online to take down hordes of enemies and bosses in a way that feels satisfying and chaotic. The art style is bold and stylized with a strong emphasis on atmosphere and action. It’s not perfect but it delivers a lot of fun for fans of old-school action games with a Norse twist.
