Games Like Vampyr

Vampyr throws you into a gritty version of London during the 1918 flu pandemic where you play as a newly turned vampire trying to survive on human blood while also saving lives as a doctor. The twist is every person you choose to feed on or save changes the story and the world around you. You explore a richly detailed open world filled with desperate citizens, eerie alleys, and secrets buried in old hospitals and dark churches. Combat is slick and fast paced with a focus on timing and dodging. But what really sets it apart is how your choices shape everything from side quests to relationships and even the ending. There are no easy answers here. Do you feed on a dying nurse to survive or let her live and risk starving? The game makes you feel the weight of every decision as you walk the line between humanity and monster.
