Games Like Richard & Alice

Richard & Alice is a quiet, deeply personal adventure that unfolds in a hauntingly beautiful post-apocalyptic world where the past still whispers through the ruins. You play as a man named Richard who wakes up in a desolate city with no memory of how he got there or who Alice is. The game is all about piecing together a story through environmental details, scattered notes, and quiet moments of connection. There are no combat scenes or fast-paced action. Instead you explore empty buildings, sift through forgotten belongings, and follow clues that slowly reveal a heartbreaking love story. The atmosphere is heavy and melancholic, but also oddly peaceful. You move at your own pace, talk to echoes of people long gone, and uncover a mystery that feels intimate and real. It’s not about solving puzzles in the traditional sense but about feeling the weight of memory and loss.
