Games Like Project Winter

Project Winter throws you into a frozen mountain survival scenario where you and up to seven others must work together to stay alive. The game is all about teamwork and smart choices as you scavenge for supplies, build shelters, manage resources, and deal with the brutal weather. You start with nothing but your wits and a few basic tools. The real challenge comes from the environment itself—storms roll in fast, temperatures drop dangerously low, and you have to keep the group fed, warm, and mentally stable. There's no handholding here. You need to communicate, delegate tasks, and make tough calls when things go wrong. What makes it really stand out is how it turns simple survival into something tense and rewarding. The sense of accomplishment when you finally make it through a long night with your team intact is unmatched. It’s not flashy, but it’s deeply satisfying and perfect for playing with friends.
