Helltaker is a delightfully weird puzzle game where you play as a guy who gets hired to work in Hell after a very confusing interview. Your job is to guide a bunch of cute demon coworkers through a series of goofy puzzles to keep them happy and prevent them from causing chaos. The puzzles are simple but clever, often involving timing, placement, and figuring out how to get each demon to their favorite spot without triggering a meltdown. The game is full of charm and humor with a fantastic soundtrack that perfectly matches the absurd energy. You get to interact with a cast of quirky demons who all have their own personalities and little quirks. It’s not about intense action or complex mechanics. It’s about solving puzzles in a world where everything is a little off-kilter and everyone is just trying to get along. The whole experience feels like hanging out with a bunch of weird friends who happen to be from the underworld.
