Games Like Guts and Glory

Guts and Glory throws you into a chaotic open world where the only rules are gravity, chaos, and a healthy dose of absurd humor. You play as a ragtag collection of over-the-top characters who spend their time racing through ridiculous tracks, flinging each other into the air with gory physics-based explosions, and generally causing maximum mayhem. The game leans hard into the idea that everything is broken and ridiculous and that’s exactly the point. You can build your own tracks using the built-in level editor, share them on the Steam Workshop, and watch others go wild with your insane designs. There’s a real sense of playful freedom here. The physics are delightfully wobbly and unpredictable, and the gore is so exaggerated it borders on cartoonish. It’s not about winning or losing. It’s about smashing through obstacles, launching yourself into the sky, and laughing as your character turns into a squishy mess. It’s the kind of game you grab for a quick burst of chaotic fun, or spend hours messing around in the sandbox mode.
