Games Like Hot Shots Golf (2017)

Hot Shots Golf from 2017 is that perfect mix of silly fun and real golf skill that keeps you coming back for one more round. You step into the swing of things with a light-hearted approach that makes every hole feel fresh and a little unpredictable. The game nails the feel of real golf with solid mechanics for timing your swings and reading the wind but throws in wild elements like power-ups, weird course hazards, and over-the-top animations that make it more like a video game version of a summer vacation than a serious sports sim. It’s designed for quick play sessions so you can grab a few holes between chores or after dinner. The courses are colorful and creative, often playing with gravity or weird terrain that keeps you on your toes. There’s a solid variety of modes including tournaments and minigames that keep the experience from getting stale. It’s not trying to be a hyper-realistic golf sim, but it’s got a charm and rhythm that makes it genuinely enjoyable whether you’re a casual player or someone who likes to work on their swing.
