Games Like Deliverance

Deliverance is a really unique first person adventure game set on a remote island. You play as an agent sent to investigate what happened to the scientists stationed there. The island is beautiful but also feels incredibly lonely and a little unsettling. Gameplay revolves around exploring the environment solving puzzles and uncovering a story about environmental disaster and corporate secrets. It’s less about action and more about atmosphere and piecing things together. You’ll be using your wits and the tools you find to progress and learn the truth. It’s a game that really sticks with you because of its thoughtful narrative and the sense of isolation it creates. If you enjoy games that prioritize story and atmosphere over fast paced action you should definitely check this one out.
