DeeperDown is a really cool roguelike that throws you into a procedurally generated dungeon. You play as a nameless adventurer exploring a subterranean world full of monsters traps and secrets. The combat is turn based which gives you time to think about your moves and build a strategy. What makes it stand out is the really neat pixel art style it’s got a retro feel but with a lot of detail. Each run feels different because the dungeon layout and enemy placements are always new. You'll find different weapons armor and items to help you survive deeper and deeper. It’s challenging for sure but in a fair way where overcoming obstacles feels really rewarding.
