Games Like DecaRounds

DecaRounds is a really interesting little shooter that popped up from a Ludum Dare event in 2022. It's a web game so you can jump right in without downloading anything which is always a plus. The core idea is you're in a round of chaotic shooting with other players. What makes it stand out is the really unique way the game handles combat. It’s not just about aiming and firing. You’re managing a limited number of actions per round and strategically deciding how to use them. You’ll be dodging, shooting, and using special abilities to outmaneuver your opponents. It has a simple visual style that fits the indie vibe but the gameplay is surprisingly deep and engaging. It's the kind of game you can pick up for a quick burst of action or get lost in for a longer play session trying to perfect your strategy. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something different in the shooter genre.
