Games Like Death Drop (itch)

Death Drop is a really interesting little game that blends shooter and platformer elements in a way I hadn't seen before. You control a character who’s constantly falling and you have to use your gun to propel yourself through the levels. It sounds chaotic and it is but it's also surprisingly skillful. The game demands precise timing and quick reflexes as you navigate tricky platforming sections while battling enemies. It’s not about intricate stories or complex characters it's all about the pure fun of mastering the movement and the satisfying feeling of pulling off a difficult jump or shot. The art style is simple but effective and the core loop of falling shooting and surviving is incredibly addictive. It's the kind of game you can pick up and play for a few minutes or get lost in for a longer session trying to beat your high score.
