Games Like Dark Frontier

Dark Frontier is a really interesting blend of RPG and strategy that you can pick up and play on your iOS device. It throws you into a world overrun by zombies and skeletons where music plays a surprisingly big role. You'll be building and managing a base defending against hordes of monsters using a turn based combat system. It's not a super deep story but the core gameplay loop of upgrading your defenses, exploring the world for resources, and strategically positioning your units is quite addictive. The music is really well done and adds a unique atmosphere to the game making it stand out. If you enjoy games where planning and resource management are key and you don't mind a bit of a retro feel then Dark Frontier might be right up your alley. It's a solid little game perfect for filling some downtime.
