Games Like CUBE RUNNER (itch) (redpandaplays)

CUBE RUNNER from redpandaplays is a really interesting little game that throws a bunch of different gameplay styles together. You're controlling a cube navigating through levels that change up constantly. One minute you're dodging obstacles like in a classic arcade game the next you're solving simple puzzles or even engaging in some light combat. It's got a definite 16 bit feel to the visuals which is charming and nostalgic. The game is short and sweet perfect for a quick gaming session but it offers enough variety to keep things engaging. It doesn't take itself too seriously and there's a real sense of discovery as you figure out the different mechanics and how they interact. It's a fun little exploration of different game elements packed into a compact package.
