Games Like Cross-Count

Cross-Count is a really neat puzzle game you can jump into right in your web browser. The whole thing is very minimalist with a clean black and white design which I found super calming. You're presented with a grid and your goal is to count the number of cells that fall within the lines drawn on it. It sounds simple and it is but it quickly becomes surprisingly engaging. The game offers different levels with increasing complexity, introducing new grid shapes and line arrangements. It's a great way to flex your brain and it’s really satisfying when you figure out a tricky one. There’s no story or anything like that just pure puzzle solving which I personally enjoyed. It's perfect for those moments when you want something to focus on without needing a lot of commitment or a complex narrative.
