Craft Commander is a really clever blend of board game strategy and puzzle solving perfect for your iOS device. You're essentially commanding a team of adorable little characters battling it out on a grid. The core gameplay revolves around matching colored tiles to power up your units and unleash special abilities. It’s surprisingly deep though. You have to carefully plan your moves considering enemy placements and your own team composition. There's a satisfying sense of progression as you unlock new commanders and upgrade their skills. It’s easy to pick up and play for a quick burst of fun but offers enough strategic depth to keep you engaged for longer sessions. The match mechanic is addictive and the visual style is charming. It’s the kind of game you can easily lose yourself in while waiting for the bus or during a coffee break.
