Games Like Cotra

Cotra is a really funny and surprisingly challenging game. It takes the classic NES era survival horror formula and flips it on its head with a ton of self-aware humor. You're trapped in a maze overrun by zombies and the whole thing is dripping with parody. Expect plenty of over-the-top situations and jokes that poke fun at old school games. The gameplay is straightforward first person shooting but the real fun comes from figuring out the maze and dealing with the ridiculous enemy encounters. It’s a nostalgic trip for those who remember the NES but it’s also accessible and enjoyable for anyone who appreciates a good laugh and a good zombie bash. It’s short enough for a few solid play sessions but packed with enough quirky details to keep you entertained.
