Games Like Colour Shift

Colour Shift is a really clever platformer that plays with your perception. You control a character in a world that’s almost entirely black and white until you shift the colours. This isn’t just for show though it’s central to the gameplay. Changing the colour of objects alters how they behave creating new paths and solving puzzles. It’s a surprisingly thoughtful experience focusing on environmental manipulation rather than twitch reflexes. The game is short sweet and really satisfying to play as you figure out each colour’s unique effect. It’s the kind of game that makes you feel smart and provides a nice little mental workout. If you enjoy games where you have to think outside the box and experiment with mechanics then Colour Shift is definitely worth checking out.
