Colossea is a really interesting strategy game that puts you in charge of an underwater civilization. You'll be building up your city managing resources and researching new technologies all while exploring a vast ocean. It's a low-poly game which gives it a charming aesthetic and it's surprisingly deep. The real time strategy elements are well implemented and it feels rewarding to see your underwater metropolis grow. You're not constantly fighting but you do have to defend yourself from the creatures of the deep and sometimes compete with other players. It’s a great game for when you want something a little different from the usual strategy fare a game that’s easy to pick up but offers plenty of long-term depth. If you enjoy city builders with a unique setting and a relaxed pace Colossea is definitely worth checking out.
