Cicadas is a really unique adventure game that feels like stepping into a dream. You play as a young girl exploring a strange and unsettling world filled with peculiar insects and a pervasive sense of mystery. The gameplay revolves around observing your surroundings, interacting with the environment, and piecing together the story through visual storytelling and environmental details. There aren't many traditional puzzles or combat sequences instead the focus is on atmosphere and creating a feeling of quiet contemplation. It’s a game that prioritizes mood over action and rewards players who are willing to immerse themselves in its surreal and slightly melancholic world.
