Games Like Caveman (Commodore PET)

Caveman on the Commodore PET is a surprisingly engaging action game that offers a glimpse into early computer gaming. You control a caveman navigating a prehistoric world. The gameplay is straightforward you move your caveman around using simple controls and interact with the environment. Your main objective seems to be survival avoiding obstacles and perhaps gathering resources though the specifics are deliberately vague adding to the game's charm. The graphics are incredibly basic as you'd expect from a PET game but there's a certain nostalgic appeal to that simplicity. It’s a short experience but it’s a fun one a little like solving a primitive puzzle or just enjoying the novelty of playing a game from a bygone era. If you're curious about gaming history or appreciate minimalist design Caveman is a worthwhile trip down memory lane.
