Cave-in is a really clever little platformer that throws a unique twist at the genre. You control a character who can create platforms out of the environment. The whole game takes place within a constantly shifting cave system and the core gameplay revolves around using this platforming ability to navigate treacherous drops and puzzles. It’s surprisingly challenging but in a fair way. The pixel art style is charming and the sound design really helps create a tense atmosphere as you're constantly trying to avoid falling into the darkness below. It’s not a long game but it's the kind of experience that sticks with you because of its inventive mechanics and satisfying sense of accomplishment.
