Caterva is a really cool top down shooter that throws you into a procedurally generated maze. It’s all about exploring these ever changing levels blasting enemies and trying to survive. What makes it stand out is how the game constantly throws new challenges at you. You’re not just fighting the same monsters over and over. Each run feels different thanks to the random level layouts and enemy placements. It’s got a simple but satisfying gameplay loop of shoot explore and upgrade. The art style is clean and functional which really helps with seeing what’s going on in the chaotic action. It's a game where you'll die a lot but each death gives you a little more knowledge about how to survive the next maze. If you like games that keep you on your toes and offer a fresh experience every time you play then Caterva is definitely worth checking out.
