Games Like Caretaker

Caretaker is a really interesting indie game that puts you in the shoes of someone tasked with looking after a mysterious and somewhat unsettling house. It's a first person experience with a strong emphasis on atmosphere and story. You'll be exploring the house, solving puzzles, and uncovering the history of the people who lived there. The game leans heavily into mystery and a bit of horror but it's more about a creeping sense of unease than jump scares. It's not a fast paced action game. Instead it's about careful observation and piecing together clues to understand what happened. If you enjoy games where you slowly unravel a narrative and enjoy a slightly unsettling environment, Caretaker could be right up your alley. It’s a unique experience that focuses on creating a feeling of isolation and discovery.
