Games Like Cardboard Kid

Cardboard Kid is a really interesting game because it flips the script on what a protagonist can be. You play as a kid constructed entirely from cardboard navigating a world that feels both familiar and strangely unsettling. The gameplay blends stealth elements where you have to avoid being seen by various enemies with top-down perspective allowing you to survey your surroundings. You’ll be using your environment to your advantage finding ways to hide and outsmart those who are hunting you. It’s a game that’s more about creative problem solving and a unique atmosphere than intense action. The story unfolds as you explore this world piecing together what’s happening to this cardboard child and the people around them. It’s a short experience but one that sticks with you due to its originality and the clever ways it uses its visual style to tell a story. If you’re looking for something different and aren’t afraid of a little bit of a puzzle it’s definitely worth checking out.
