Capigtalist is a really clever little platformer that feels like a surprisingly insightful commentary on capitalism. You play as a pig navigating a world built on economic principles. The gameplay is straightforward classic platforming jumping and avoiding obstacles but the real fun comes from how the game mechanics tie into the capitalist theme. You're constantly making choices about how to spend your earnings which then affects your ability to progress. It’s short sweet and packed with ideas. It's the kind of game that makes you think while you play and it does so without feeling preachy or heavy handed. The pixel art is charming and the whole experience is just really well executed for a Ludum Dare game.
