Games Like Calice

Calice is a really charming little strategy game that’s easy to pick up but has surprising depth. You play as a young woman named Calice who is tasked with rescuing her kidnapped sister. The gameplay revolves around turn-based battles where you strategically position your party of heroes and use magic to overcome enemies. It’s got a really cute art style and a simple story but the choices you make throughout the game genuinely matter affecting the narrative and the fates of the characters. It feels like a cozy adventure with a touch of roguelike elements meaning each playthrough can be a little different. If you enjoy games where thoughtful planning and a bit of luck go a long way and you appreciate a heartwarming story, Calice is definitely worth checking out. It’s perfect for a relaxing gaming session or when you want something a little different from the usual action games.
