Games Like Caked (Jacic)

Caked is a really unique shooter game you can play right in your web browser. The whole premise is you're a sentient cake fighting off waves of enemies. It sounds silly and it is but it’s also surprisingly addictive. You move around shooting projectiles and collecting power ups to become even more cakey and powerful. The game has a retro aesthetic and a really fun sense of progression as you unlock different cake skins and abilities. It's not a deep story driven experience but it’s a blast to just jump in and blast away. The open source nature of the game is cool too meaning it’s constantly being updated and improved by the community. If you’re looking for something lighthearted and different to pass the time Caked is definitely worth checking out.
