Games Like Bugs and Bullets

Bugs and Bullets is a really fun little indie game that throws you into a futuristic military setting. You're a soldier fighting off waves of alien creatures in a 2D pixel art style. It's got a roguelike element so each playthrough feels a bit different. You’ll be blasting away with different weapons trying to survive as long as possible. It's easy to pick up and play but there's a surprising amount of depth in the weapon combinations and enemy types. The pixel art is really cool and the action is fast paced and satisfying. It's a great game if you're looking for something you can jump into for a quick session or get really invested in trying to beat your high score. It offers a solid challenge without feeling overly punishing.
