Games Like Brazen Ball

Brazen Ball is a really clever 2D platformer that throws a bunch of traps into the mix. You control a character trying to navigate levels filled with spinning blades, falling platforms, and other nasty surprises. What makes it so enjoyable is the way the traps interact with each other and with your movements. It’s a constant puzzle figuring out the best path forward and when to time your jumps perfectly. The game has a simple aesthetic but the level design is surprisingly intricate and rewarding to master. It’s the kind of game where you might die a lot at first but each failure teaches you something new about the level layout. It’s a fun little challenge that’s easy to pick up but hard to truly conquer.
