Box Game is a really cool little action platformer shooter that feels like a blast to play with a friend. It’s got a simple 2D style but the gameplay is surprisingly deep and fun. You and a buddy team up to navigate levels filled with physics based puzzles and plenty of enemies. The game encourages experimentation with its sandbox elements meaning you can often find creative ways to overcome obstacles. It’s definitely a game where you’ll be shouting at your friend in a good way as you try different strategies. The versus mode adds another layer of chaotic fun if you're looking to test your skills against each other. It’s a great example of what can be achieved in a Ludum Dare game a compact package of inventive ideas and tight gameplay.
