BotSupport is a really unique adventure game that throws you into a world of customer service for robots. You play as a support agent dealing with all sorts of quirky and often malfunctioning bots. The gameplay revolves around understanding their needs and trying to fix their problems through text based interactions. It’s surprisingly funny and offers a really interesting perspective on artificial intelligence and communication. There’s a narrative thread that unfolds as you interact with more and more bots, revealing a little more about the world and the nature of these robotic beings. It’s not a game focused on fast action or complex puzzles but rather on creative problem solving and enjoying the humorous situations that arise from trying to help these digital entities.
