Games Like BossTA

BossTA is a really cool little platformer created for a game jam back in 2016. It throws you into the boots of a small alien who has to take down a series of increasingly bizarre bosses. The gameplay is straightforward jumping and attacking but what makes it stand out is the sheer creativity of the boss designs. Each boss fight feels unique and often hilarious with weird mechanics and surprising attack patterns. It's a short game but it's packed with personality and a satisfying sense of accomplishment after you finally conquer each alien overlord. It’s the kind of game you can pick up and play for a quick burst of fun or come back to again and again to perfect your strategies. It’s simple to learn but offers enough challenge to keep things interesting.
