Games Like Booons DT-69

Boons DT-69 is a really interesting strategy game that puts a unique spin on the classic tower defense formula. You're defending against waves of quirky enemies using a variety of bizarre and often hilarious towers. What makes it stand out is the sheer absurdity of everything. The art style is very 2D and leans heavily into meme culture, which I personally found super charming. Gameplay involves strategically placing these towers to stop the enemy advance, upgrading them, and utilizing special abilities. It’s not overly complex to pick up but offers enough depth to keep you engaged. It's the kind of game you can jump into for a quick session or get lost in for a longer play. If you appreciate games that don’t take themselves too seriously and enjoy a good challenge with a healthy dose of humor, Boons DT-69 is definitely worth checking out.
