Blight Run is a really unique action game that throws you into a chaotic school setting. You control a character trying to survive a constantly shifting environment filled with bugs and other hazards. It feels like a rogue-lite meets a movement game with a strong emphasis on music. The core loop involves navigating treacherous levels using precise movements and dodging obstacles. What makes it stand out is the incredibly dynamic nature of each run. The levels are procedurally generated so no two playthroughs are ever exactly alike. It’s challenging for sure but in a fair way and the soundtrack really elevates the frantic action.
