Games Like Blasteroids (itch) (ViolinLloyd)

Blasteroids is a really cool retro shooter experience that feels right at home on PC and even with VR headsets. You pilot a ship through asteroid fields blasting enemies and collecting powerups. It's simple to pick up but has a surprising amount of depth as you upgrade your ship and face increasingly challenging waves of foes. The game has a classic arcade feel with vibrant visuals and satisfying sound effects. There's a sense of constant movement and action as you navigate the 3D environments. It’s the kind of game you can easily lose yourself in for a while just enjoying the core loop of shooting and surviving. If you appreciate classic shooters with a modern polish and the option to get really immersed in the action with VR, Blasteroids is definitely worth checking out.
