Games Like Bionic Commando Rearmed 2

Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 throws you back into the gritty world of a bionic soldier with a whip that shoots out like a grappling hook. You run, jump, and swing your way through tight platforming sections, blasting enemies and dodging traps on a tropical island under siege by a mad scientist and his robotic army. The core loop is simple but addictive—you swing across gaps, shoot enemies from above, and use your bionic arm to pull yourself up walls or grab distant switches. It feels like a classic arcade game but with modern polish and a killer retro soundtrack that never gets old. The levels are packed with secrets and alternate routes that reward curiosity and precision. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel but it nails what made the original great—fast-paced action, tight controls, and that sweet feeling when you pull off a perfect swing and land right on a ledge. If you love tight platforming and old-school action with a fresh coat of paint, this one’s worth a look.
