Games Like Ben There, Dan That!

Ben There Dan That is a quirky little adventure game that feels like a madcap cartoon come to life. You play as a guy named Dan who gets flung into a wild world full of silly physics, absurd puzzles, and a very unhelpful ship that only talks in bad puns. The core gameplay is simple click-to-move with some light puzzle solving and environmental interactions. You explore strange locations, help out oddball characters, and mostly just enjoy the ridiculous humor and wobbly animation style. It’s not about high stakes or complex mechanics. It’s about finding joy in the weirdness, like trying to get a grumpy robot to dance or fixing a broken time machine with a banana. The charm comes from how offbeat everything feels and how much the game leans into its own silliness. It’s short, it’s weird, and it’s exactly the kind of game you play when you want to laugh and not overthink anything.
