Games Like BeatShips

BeatShips is a really cool indie shoot 'em up that lets you create your own ships and battle it out. It's got a surprisingly deep level editor so you can design your own challenges or just mess around with cool layouts. The core gameplay is all about piloting your custom ship dodging enemy fire and unleashing powerful attacks. It’s got a retro feel but with modern polish making it easy to pick up but with room to master. There’s a singleplayer mode where you can test your creations and take on increasingly difficult scenarios. It’s the kind of game you can jump into for a quick burst of action or lose yourself in designing the perfect arena. The partial controller support is a nice touch too offering a more immersive experience. It’s still in early access so expect ongoing updates and new content.
