Bean Stalker is a really interesting indie title that puts you in the shoes of, well, a bean. You explore a vast open world taking on action packed missions and engaging in some serious exploration. It’s a first person shooter so expect plenty of shooting but the focus really seems to be on discovering hidden areas and uncovering the story of this strange world. The gameplay loop revolves around finding objectives, navigating the environment, and battling enemies using a variety of weapons. It’s a sandbox experience allowing for a lot of freedom in how you approach challenges. If you enjoy games where you can just wander and find interesting things and don’t mind a unique protagonist, Bean Stalker might be right up your alley.
