Battle Hunter from 1999 on the PlayStation is a really interesting strategy game. You step into the role of a hunter exploring a vast world filled with monsters and dungeons. The core gameplay revolves around building a party of adventurers each with unique skills and abilities. You then venture out to battle these creatures in turn-based combat. It’s got a good sense of progression as you level up your characters and find better equipment. The game offers a decent amount of exploration and a single player campaign to sink your teeth into. It’s not the flashiest game but it provides a solid strategic experience with a bit of a classic feel.
