Games Like Banksters

Banksters is a really interesting multiplayer simulation game where you and other players build your criminal empire. You start small maybe with a little cash and a basic hideout and then you're constantly making decisions about where to invest your money what businesses to run and how to manage your reputation. The core loop is all about trading resources and goods with other players trying to maximize your profits while also dealing with potential rivals and the occasional law enforcement presence. It’s surprisingly engaging to see your little operation grow into a sprawling network and the social aspect of negotiating and sometimes backstabbing other players adds a lot of flavor. It's not super deep in terms of story but the emergent gameplay created by player interaction is what makes Banksters so compelling. If you enjoy games where you can strategize and build something from the ground up with a healthy dose of player interaction then you should definitely check this one out.
