Games Like Balrum

Balrum is a unique blend of adventure RPG and strategy game that really grabbed my attention back in 2016. You step into a world filled with isometric views and a sandbox feel where exploration is key. The core gameplay revolves around tactical turn based combat but it’s not just about hitting things. You’ll be crafting items, managing resources, and making decisions that shape your journey. What makes Balrum stand out is its emphasis on player agency. There are multiple paths to take and ways to approach challenges. It's a game that rewards experimentation and encourages you to forge your own story. If you enjoy games where you can really carve out your own experience and aren’t afraid of a bit of a challenge, Balrum is definitely worth checking out. It’s a solid indie title that offers a lot of depth for its time.
