Games Like Autonoe

Autonoe is a really cool action game where you play as a lone wanderer in a mysterious sci-fi world. It’s a bit like a roguelike defense game mixed with a fast paced hack and slash. You’re constantly battling waves of enemies using a variety of weapons and abilities. What makes it stand out is the unique way you navigate the world. You don’t control your character directly. Instead you’re guiding them through a network of interconnected rooms, strategically placing defenses and managing your resources. It’s incredibly satisfying to set up a strong defense and then unleash a flurry of attacks. The game has a dark and atmospheric vibe with a compelling sci-fi story that unfolds as you progress. It's a game that rewards planning and skillful execution, offering a challenging but rewarding experience for those who enjoy a good fight and a bit of strategic depth.
